This stroller is a game-changer for pet parents. I initially had a minor issue with the front wheels but Anita from Customer Service came to the rescue! She was amazing - friendly, responsive and quick to send me replacement parts. Problem solved, and now it glides like a dream.

Setup was a breeze, build quality impressive - especially for the price. The design is smart: spacious enough for my 2 cats or my 2 small shih tzus, has a removable carrier, adjustable handle (great for short people like myself), and 360-degree front swivel wheels that make maneuvering effortless.

Lots of thoughtful features - multiple ways to open the cover, storage space and cup holder, built-in safety leash (key for one of my cats who's an escape artist). It folds up easily too, which makes it perfect for easy transport and storage.

I love it and so do my fur babies, It's stylish, sturdy, and such a great value. Highly recommend - with bonus points for the excellent customer service!

Well, I never thought I would be THAT person, but I am, and am loving this stroller.
I acquired an older dog who can only walk so far before tiring. I was not getting my steps in. Now we are both happy thanks to this pet stroller.
The stroller is well made, good quality, easy to
assemble and I like the shocks on the front wheels for a pretty smooth ride. I ordered the dark color. Great size for my Shih Tzu. He loves looking all around and is protected if the weather turns bad. The storage is generous underneath and the detachable carrier is a must for safety in the car. One can bring the seatbelt around for stability. Only complaint is the cup holder is not as stable as I would have liked, but I fixed that with a couple of small bungee cords.
I know we will put in lots of miles together using this great stroller.

No issues with packaging. Unpack was a quick, 10-minute easy, clean, set-up and assembly - as long as you follow the enclosed instruction booklet. Very pleased with the structure, design, color-scheme and sturdiness. Our 18 lb senior dog thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor walk we immediately took. A recommendation: if moving/walking at a fast past, I recommend locking the front wheels for smoothness. This will prevent extensive vibration in front. But, if you are taking a slow casual stroll, leaving the front wheels in 360 mode should be fine. Utilizing the 360 mode does make turning corners easier. Last, your pet will love it. This is our first pet stroller. Alert, be ready for your pet to take a long sound sleep when back home due to over stimulation from the walk.

The color of the stroller is beautiful.
It matches my blue merle Frenchy.
It actually fits my Frenchy perfectly, with some extra room.
It was easy to set up.
The material quality was good.
The push handle bar was adjustable. Not too heavy. Wheels are pretty stable and high quality.
It looks like a high quality pet stroller and I didn't have to pay a lot of money for it, so great value.

So carefully packed, incredibly easy to set up, and most importantly of all...our baby bunny is so comfortable riding in it! A truly awesome product that will surely bring us years of reliable service.

The quality of this stroller is amazing. So sturdy, thoughtfully designed and executed. It is definitely worth the money. I have 3 small dogs who together weigh under 20 pounds - they easily fit in the basket. It is perfect for long walks!

Very well made! Top of the line for a reasonable price! Heavy when all together but very manageable when in two parts and very very easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

Looks great. I got this for my rabbits for vet visits. It was easy to assemble albeit a bit heavy to removed from the box. It was tested on a short walk with one of my bunnies on multiple types of surfaces - worked great on sidewalk and paved road. There was a bit of bouncing on the gravel stone but it is to be expected - it did do its best to reduce the shock so I am happy with it. So far zippers are in good condition. It is definitely larger and would fit multiple bunnies with their hay if you’re getting it for the same reason I did - on a 5’2” girl it comes about chest height for me with the handles adjusted out straight so it’s pretty comfortable to push around. (Stroller fan not included - that was a separate purchase.)
