Shipping Method

All Bicystar products are dispatched from our warehouse in the US. We're pleased to provide Standard Shipping free of charge. However, for those who prefer expedited delivery, we offer Express Shipping for an extra $20.

Shipping Zone

Please note that we currently accept and fulfill orders only within the United States.

Dispatch Time

Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time

Based on your selected shipping method, the estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 days

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll provide you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress on our website.

Lost or Missing Packages

Should your package unfortunately get lost, misplaced, or damaged during transit, please furnish proof and contact us immediately for assistance or refunds.
