Easy to place together. Bigger than expected, which we like, very much. Love the wheels, too.

Pet stroller

Easy to assemble. Seems well made and sturdy. The adjustable handle works well for tall people. Easy to fold up and stow in the car. So far, happy with my purchase.

Good product, excellent customer service

Overall I'm happy with my purchase of this stroller. Assembly instructions were clear and it was reasonably easy to put together on my own (there was one step where an extra set of hands would be nice, but doable.) The reason it isn't 5 stars is that almost immediately out of the box the left front wheel had significant intermittent shuddering when I was out walking (see video). All the other 3 wheels have been perfectly smooth and easy the whole time.

HUGE kudos to the company's customer support team though in managing this issue! I reached out via the enclosed email with a description and video of the issue and got a response in less than 24 hours with a diagnosis and a request to confirm my address so a replacement part could be shipped. The part took a little longer to arrive than expected (coming from China and right after all the tariff mess), but that was not the company's fault and my customer service rep continued to keep me updated and check in until the part arrived. She also refunded me $20 for the inconvenience - what great customer service!

The part arrived and replacement instructions were well written and pretty easy to do. That wheel no longer shudders (yay!) but it does make a bit of a rattling noise now that I didn't have before (hence 4 stars instead of 5). Overall, I'm happy with the product (VERY happy with the customer service), and it works well for taking my nearly 18-year old Italian Greyhound (10 lb, for those trying to gauge sizing) out for walks.

Great pet stroller!

I’m so happy with this purchase! It was super easy to put together. Has everything I need to feel comfortable toting my baby in. Easy to remove the basket and collapse for transportation. My Yorkie is 4-lbs and there’s lots of room for her to move around in. Highly recommended, you won’t regret it.
