The BEST customer service

We purchased this balance bike for my son who was 3 yo then. After about 6 months, one day it just fell apart mid-riding. Thankfully he wasn’t hurt, but was sad about his broken bike. I reached out to Amazon and they advised me to directly reach out to Bicystar. Their customer service is out of this world! They were empathetic, prompt and very helpful. After hearing what happened, they gave me a full refund AND a brand new balance bike!! Seriously the best customer service! Thanks to Bicystar, now my 4yo is happily riding his new balance bike!

Daughter love it

My daughter just turned 7 and was way too big for her older smaller balance bike. She has a large pedal bike that she can ride but with the snow and cold weather she wanted a balance bike again to scoot around on in the basement and for camping just around the camp sites. She picked this one out from all the ones on amazon and loves it. Would totally recommend.

Got for my 6 year old for Christmas and he loves it! Great quality and easy to assemble!

Great

This was tall enough for my tall 8 year old who was having trouble getting a handle on bike riding. She had this for about a month and then one day was like I'm going to ride the bike with pedals. So glad I bought it. Now I let my 4 year olds on it to get them started. The height is fine for my 4 year olds too.

After researching multiple balance bike options, decided on this American made bike. Bike came well packaged and easy to put together with a couple of easy steps. Bike is well built and we look forward to years of use. Half the price of Strider bikes and equal quality. The bike is long and low, providing for increased safety and balance. Company offers military, first responder, and teacher discounts. Highly recommended.
