I received an email from the manufacturer thanking me for my purchase. He also gave tips on how to use the product and how to use a helmet for safety. Whattt??? Customer service??? I thought that was long gone! I shop a good amount and no one has ever sent me a thank you email. I am sooo impressed by that and will DEFINITELY recommend this bike! My grand kids love this bike!!! This balance bike is great! Bought it for my god daughter. Itβs really high quality and feels great. I love the actual tires is comes with and the frame is solid,not that anyone pays attention to the welds but I do and they are solid and consistent. Canβt wait to buy another one for my soon to expect daughter.
