Main Disassembly Steps

Follow these steps in order for the HLD-X6DD. Each step matches the disassembly video.

1

Before You Start

  1. Remove your pet from the stroller/carrier.
  2. Park on a flat surface.
  3. Engage the one-touch brake so the stroller cannot roll.
  4. Prepare a small bag/container for removed parts.
Check: The stroller should not move when you push it lightly.
2

Remove Wheels

Pull wheels straight out. Avoid twisting or pulling at an angle.

  1. Rear wheels: Press the button on the side of the wheel hub, then pull the wheel straight out. Repeat on the other side.
  2. Front wheels: Press and hold the release on the wheel mount, then pull the wheel straight out. Repeat on the other side.
Check: All four wheels are removed and set aside together.
3

Flatten the Carrier

  1. Place the carrier on a table or clean floor.
  2. Remove the pad/liner.
  3. Release the internal support frame from the base. Pull firmly to pop each end out of the bottom slots.
  4. To lay the carrier completely flat, press the release buttons on the connectors (they face inward), then detach both connectors.
  5. Store the connectors safely so they don’t get lost.
Check: The carrier can lay flat without forcing it.
4

Remove the Canopy

  1. Fold the canopy upright (vertical position).
  2. Use a relatively blunt tool to press the release button and nudge upward slightly.
  3. While pressing the button, pull the canopy straight up to detach.
  4. Remove one side first, then repeat on the other side.
Check: The canopy is fully detached and stored without bending parts.

FAQ

Do I remove the rear wheels or front wheels first?
Remove the rear wheels first, then remove the front wheels. This matches the video order and is easier for most users.
A wheel is stuck. What should I do?
Confirm you are pressing the correct release button and pull the wheel straight out (not at an angle). If the stroller is on uneven ground, move it to a flat surface and try again.
How do I completely flatten the carrier?
Remove the pad, pop the internal support frame ends out of the bottom slots, then press the inward-facing release buttons and detach both connectors. Store the connectors so they don’t get lost.
What tool should I use to remove the canopy?
Use a relatively blunt tool to press the canopy release button, then pull the canopy straight up. Avoid sharp tools that may slip or scratch parts.
