This warranty is exclusively available to the original retail purchaser and requires proof of purchase to validate any claims. This warranty is non-transferable.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty encompasses all parts of the balance bike, guaranteeing that they are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
Requirements to Maintain Warranty Validity
This Warranty is effective only if:
- The balance bike is fully and correctly assembled.
- It is used under normal conditions, intended for its purpose, by a user who is properly sized.
- Necessary maintenance and adjustments are performed regularly.
What Is Not Covered by This Warranty?
This Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, paint, rust, routine maintenance items, personal injury, or any damage, failure, or loss caused by accidents, improper assembly, maintenance, adjustments, storage, or use of the balance bike.
The Warranty will be void if the bicycle is used in any of the following circumstances:
- For competitive sports.
- For stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics, or similar activities.
- With a motor installed or modified in any other way.
- Ridden by more than one person at a time.
- Rented or used for commercial purposes.
- In a manner contrary to the instructions provided in this Owner’s Manual.
Bicystar will not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of this product.
Warranty Duration
- Frame: 8-year warranty – free replacement if it fails at any weld point
- Tires: 2-year free replacement
- Components: 1-year warranty – covers all mechanical and structural parts
- Non-Metal Parts: 1-year free replacement (e.g., plastic, rubber parts)
What Will Bicystar Do?
Bicystar will replace, at no cost to you, any frame, fork, or component determined to be defective by Bicystar.
