This Warranty is provided exclusively to the original retail purchaser, who must present proof of purchase to validate any claim. Please note that this warranty is not transferable to any other party.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers all parts of the bicycle, ensuring they are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
Requirements to Maintain Warranty Validity
This Warranty is effective only if:
- The bicycle is fully and correctly assembled.
- The bicycle is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and by a person who is properly fitted and capable of controlling the bicycle.
- The bicycle receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
What Is Not Covered by This Warranty?
This Warranty excludes labor and transportation charges. It is also important to note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint, rust, routine maintenance items, personal injury, or any damage, failure, or loss caused by accidents, improper assembly, maintenance, adjustments, storage, or use of the bicycle.
The Warranty will be void if the bicycle is used in any of the following circumstances:
- For competitive sports.
- For stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics, or similar activities.
- With a motor installed or modified in any other way.
- Ridden by more than one person at a time.
- Rented or used for commercial purposes.
- In a manner contrary to the instructions provided in this Ownerβs Manual.
Bicystar will not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of this product.
Warranty Duration
- Frame: 8-year warranty β free replacement if it fails at any weld point
- Tires: 2-year free replacement
- Components: 1-year warranty β covers all mechanical and structural parts
- Non-Metal Parts: 1-year free replacement (e.g., plastic, rubber parts)
What Will Bicystar Do?
Bicystar will replace, at no cost to you, any frame, fork, or component determined to be defective by Bicystar.
