NAME - we want to be able to personalize your experience so when we write, we'd like to address you by name. You don't need to enter your full name, or your real name, this is your choice ( but please note that if you provide a wrong Order ID, your real name could help us find your order instead)

EMAIL ADDRESS - Essential for us! We’ll use your email to send confirmations or reach out if we need additional information from you to process your reimbursement.

AMAZON ORDER ID - This proves that you’ve purchased a Bicystar product and are eligible for the reimbursement. It’s a must for us to confirm your purchase.

PAYPAL ACCOUNT - We’ll send your 50% reimbursement to this account. Please ensure it’s accurate to prevent any delays.

Reimbursement Amount: The transfer will be sent to your designated PayPal account, minus any PayPal fees that may apply.

Calculation: Your reimbursement is calculated based on the final item price recorded in our system after any promotions, and it excludes shipping or tax.

Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the reimbursement once your form has been submitted.
